Home Instead – Fort Collins, CO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Hiring – Manage job postings, screen applicants, and conduct interviews to hire top caregivers.
  • Onboarding & Training – Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure all required paperwork, background checks, and training are completed.
  • Retention & Engagement – Develop and implement initiatives to support caregiver satisfaction, recognition, and retention.
  • Compliance & HR Support – Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with state regulations, and assist with performance management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in human resources, recruitment, or office administration (home care or healthcare experience is a plus!)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for senior care
